Welcome to Hawkes Bay Ultimate_ 

Ultimate is a non-contact team game played with a Frisbee either indoors on a basketball court, or outdoors on a soccer pitch.

It's a fast and fun social sport with no referees. Every player knows the rules, and is expected to play within them. This idea is called the 'spirit of the game', or just 'spirit' for short.

Anyone can just pick up and play right here in the Bay. You don't need any special training or equipment, nor do you need to have your own team.
